APPOINTMENTS

We recommend you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we may be sure to accommodate your needs.

ADJUSTMENTS

We want our guests to receive a "no compromise" experience. If any guest is dissatisfied, we will adjust the original service at no charge to the guest. We will ask the original Hair Designer to schedule the adjustment within one week of the original service. Our goal is to exceed your expectations.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

 

       

 

Due to the growing amount of missed appointments and people coming late we have had to implement a policy.

 

If arriving late for your appointment and your stylist has another client booked right after you, we are sorry that we will have to adjust your service to allow us to remain on schedule.

 

If you cannot make your appointment we require no less than 24 hrs notice.

 

If less than 24 hrs or no notice is given (missed appointment), there will be a charge of half of the price of the missed service and it will be added to the next appointment.

 

We understand that not every day our plans go as we anticipate. We are all trying to do our best to ensure the best service and appointment opportunity is given to all clients.

ARRIVING LATE


Busy schedules often force you to arrive late. We promise to make our best effort to fit your service into the schedule. If you are more than ten (10) minutes late, we may have to modify your service or have another available Hair Designer complete your service. If you are more then twenty (20) minutes late, we will do our best to complete the service or reschedule you for another time.​

WAITING

Occasionally, we may be running behind. When we are, we will notify you. Our receptionist will monitor your progress while you are waiting and ask other members of our team to help get you started. If we make you wait longer than twenty (20) minutes, we will offer you the option of continuing to wait or reschedule you for a future appointment with a complimentary Gift Card.
